Municipal Court

Lobby Hours

Pelham Municipal Court is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Municipal Court lobby is closed to the public on Fridays, except for the third Friday of each month or if the last day of the month falls on a Friday. Court personnel are available by phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please contact the court office at 205.620.6407 for any questions or concerns regarding your case.

Location & Parking

The Pelham Police and Court Building is located at 32 Philip Davis Street. Municipal Court parking is located on the corner of CR-52 West and Philip Davis Street.

Limited Telephone Hours

When court is in session, court personnel are not available by telephone. However, the magistrate's window remains open during court proceedings for payment transactions.

Contesting Charges

You must appear in court on your court date at the time designated for you to contest charges.
