This position is responsible for overseeing evening and weekend rentals and reports to the Senior Center Coordinator.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
- Open and close the building for scheduled rentals
- Greet guests as they enter the building and provide friendly customer service
- Answer phone calls and routine questions; monitor rentals
- Reset the rooms for events and programs for the following day
- Establish and maintain effective work relationships with others
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION HOURS
- The hours for this position at the Senior Center vary from 4:30pm – 9:30pm, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 10:00pm Saturday, and 1:00pm – 6:00pm Sunday.
- Candidate would typically work a 4-hour shift; however, hours may vary based on the needs of the facility.
- Monthly hours will range from 12 hours - 30 hours per month.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
COMPENSATION - The compensation for this position is $13.39 per hour.
