  3. Line Dancing- Intermediate

    This class is for those who have been dancing for some time and have mastered complicated steps and upper body movements. Routines are 32 count, 48 county or 64 count. Music can be faster with multiple restarts and tags. In this class, the step combinations become less repetitive and have more variety. Intermediate dances offer varying degrees of challenge. Open to ages 18+

Routines are 32 count, 48 count or 64 count. Dances are set to music and may include turns, multiple tags and secondary upper body movements. Online registration will open Monday prior to the class.

    Barre is a low impact, energizing workout that has proven to create long, lean, powerful muscles and increases flexibility. Classes include the use of the ballet barre, hand weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls. Exercises typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and core management. Please bring your own yoga mat! All level are welcome and encouraged.

    All paces welcome! Choose between a 3 mile route or a 4 mile route. It's an out and back so walkers could shorten, if needed for a beginner. Route is stroller friendly. Route includes a short distance on the road, so no unattended children please. No pre-registration required.
