Food Trucks
Ordinance Number 288-09 allows licensed food trucks to operate in the City of Pelham. On June 7, 2021, the Pelham City Council approved Ordinance Number 288-14, allowing food trucks to operate in some residential areas at the request of the HOA, or in city mini-parks.
Anyone wishing to host a food truck event at any City of Pelham park space must submit an application for a permit to the Parks and Recreation Department no more than five days prior to the proposed event.
Application Process
All food truck business license permitting applications must be completed in their entirety. Processing of the license request may take three to five business days. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Cash and check are the accepted forms of payment.
